I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a number of issues. While the rooms offered captivating views, I faced significant noise disturbances from events below, disrupting my sleep. The shuttle service was convenient, but the overall service felt lacking, especially when trying to get my invoice. The hotel's dining options were also disappointing, both in quality and sustainability. Overall, it has potential but leaves much to be desired.
I had a memorable stay with unique aspects and great service. The rooms offered breathtaking views and were spacious, adding to the experience. However, some issues with noise and temperature made it slightly less enjoyable. The dining options were good, but the cover charge at the lounge was a surprise. Overall, a place I'd consider returning to, especially for its value during off-peak seasons.
